Summer School, “Investment Law and the Rule of Law in a Fragmented World: National and Regional Perspectives”

We would like to draw your attention to our upcoming Summer School, “Investment Law and the Rule of Law in a Fragmented World: National and Regional Perspectives”, which will take place from 7 to 13 September 2026 at Lake Ohrid, North Macedonia. The programme is jointly organised by the SEELS Network Faculties and the Europa-Institut of Saarland University and is financially supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
The Summer School aims to introduce students and young academics to current challenges in Investment Law and the Rule of Law from both national and regional perspectives. The multidisciplinary programme explores the intersection of economics, politics and legal studies. In addition, interactive training sessions and workshops will foster exchange and discussion among participants.
