Seminar Cologne-Bonn with Professor Weber

As part of the Track 2 - European Economic Law - Compliance - Regulation study program, students went on an exciting excursion to Bonn and Cologne on 14 and 15 May 2025 under the direction of Prof. Dr. Stefan Weber. Under the motto “A glimpse into arbitration & urban culture”, the two-day trip combined legal insights with cultural experiences.

In Bonn, the group visited the German Institute of Arbitration (DIS) and the participants had the opportunity to gain exciting insights into national and international dispute resolution procedures. A light lunch also provided an opportunity for personal exchange and networking.

After traveling on to Cologne, the group spent the night not far from the world-famous Cologne Cathedral. The evening ended in a convivial atmosphere with local beer, good food and a joint tour of the city.

The excursion was a successful mix of academic input, cultural discovery and an intensive group experience - an unforgettable highlight of the course!
