Register now for the Brussels Forum on EU External Relations Law

The forum takes place on 28 November 2025 at the Representation of Saarland to the European Union, Brussels.

The Europa-Institut at Saarland University would like to invite you to the Brussels Forum on EU External Relations Law, hosted at the Representation of Saarland to the European Union in Brussels. The event is organized by Philipp Reinhold (Saarland University) and Nicolaj Kuplewatzky (Court of Justice) and brings together leading scholars, practitioners, and institutional representatives to discuss key legal and policy developments in the European Union’s external relations.

The forum features a keynote address and panel discussions on topics such as judicial control in EU external relations, the scope of EU restrictive measures, and the role of non-traditional actors before the EU Courts.
