INCOMING

Erasmus+ Staff (Training)

Erasmus+ enables further training of university staff in program and partner countries to expand internationalization. This is also possible at the Europa-Institut, but depends on capacity.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to send an email to erasmus@europainstitut.de beforehand and find out about availability early!

What are the advantages of a stay with Erasmus+?

  •     Stay on the basis of a coordinated program
  •     Professional exchange and new perspectives
  •     Strengthening of own competences
  •     Expansion and deepening of networks
What is supported?

Various further education formats are supported, e.g. job shadowing, study visits, participation in workshops, seminars or language courses.

Funding is available for university staff from all areas, e.g. administration, libraries, departments, international office, public relations, student advising, technology and transfer, continuing education, etc.

The duration of your stay abroad must be at least two days and no more than two months.

Financial support is provided between 1 June and 30 September of the following year. Funds for stays during the current grant period must be applied for by mid-April.

Once you have selected a suitable partner university, please contact the International Office to discuss the next steps with us. You should also have discussed the stay with your supervisor.
